how to change input history path in sap gui 740

How do I change the History's Directory? (SapGui 7.40)

Problem description:

SapGui -> ALT+F12 -> Options -> Local Data -> History

There is a field under the text "Directory for Input History".

It has a directory for the history.

This directory does no longer exist (because the drive no longer exists),

so I need to change it.

But I cannot change it, because the Button "Select" is grayed out,

and underneath is a text:

"You cannot change the path for the input history from a SAP GUI session."

Yeah, but how else can I change this?

must start SapGui to be able to press ALT+F12.

Close all GUI sessions, open SAP Logon Pad -> go to Options (click the top-left icon) -> Local Data -> History.

You will be able to change the path now.
