Authorization missing for Firefighter ID <FFID Name> Deletion

Dear All,

        We are on GRC 10 and SP21. When trying to delete FF Assignment but we are getting the below Error.

Authorization missing for Firefighter ID <FFID Name> Deletion

But the correct authorizations are provided. When checked with ST01 Trace On, It is looking for the below Auth Object and values.

Very Strange that ACTVT is looking for a <Connector Name> and GRAC_SYSID is looking for 06 value.

Also, with SAP_ALL, we are able to delete the FF Assignment.

Any Idea what has gone wrong?

Hi Fazil

please search Marketplace to see if there is a note as this looks like a coding issue

If you run STAUTHTRACE you will be able to drill into the authority check. Either it's coded wrong or paramters incorrectly passed

If there is no note, then you will need to raise an incident. Possibly check correction notes for SP21 to see if it's tehre

Also did you check the trace when you were able to complete the activity after enabling trace?

      Thanks for your Response. But We want to restrict it based on Connector ID. Though maintaining " * " values for ACTVT and GRAC_SYSID will solve our problem but its not a solution for us.

We have * for ACTVT but for GRAC_SYSID we cannot have * Value.

Hi Priyank,

With SAp_ALL, ST01 says "No Records Found" . But with proper authorizations, it is showing the trace which is pasted in my v first post. Its really strange that ACTVT is looking for some connector values.

Hi,

GRAC_FFOWN: Desc..: The object allows you to create, read, update, and delete FFID owners based on the owner type, user ID, or system ID.

As this object as per desc., will be used for maintenance of owner, could you trace only for FF id deletion from FF id. i think it will be diff.
