Change status 01 to custom status in parallel BRF+ workflow

Hi Experts,

Can you please guide if we can change the status from 01 (to be considered and approved) to custom status in parallel step of the parallel BRF+ workflow?

Yes you can change it whatever status you want, In Process modeling you can define new CR status and can call the same anywhere in the BRF+ decision tables

Statically entering of status in Decision table for parallel step is not working.

Also - don't forget to create and assign the right step type (with the correct buttons) to the workflow step - or else the buttons on screen won't match what the workflow is expecting and it won't work.

• Create a custom CR status in below node in MDGIMG:

         

         

• After that as Goutham mentioned, please set CR status in BADI USMD_SSW_DYNAMIC_AGENT_SELECT in the changing parameter CV_NEW_CR_STATUS dynamically or set it statically in the Single Value Decision Table in Rule Based WF.

Hi Nitish,

Yes you can assign status for a parallel workflow and its branches in the change request status column of single value decision table or if you are using dynamic agent assignment  BADI,  there will be an exporting parameter for status.
