Memory , Buffers parameters recommendation for 7.0

I need to tune a SAP instance running ECC 6.0 with Solaris 10 and Maxdb 16Gb Ram.

Wanted to get information about tunning memory and buffers in the Application Server.

Been searching for notes but coudn't find one for Kernel 7.0

Could someone point me in the right direction.

Actually I was looking for SAP parameters that handle memory and table buffers.
