SAP ONE Support Launchpad - Share Your Feedback not working

I just wanted to use the "Share Your Feedback"-Button in the SAP ONE Support Launchpad , however, when sending I just got:

(Note: when I got this error I had no chance of saving what I wrote to the clippboard or something ...)

I just noticed, it works perfectly fine when using Chrome!

Earlier I was using Opera, which is not supported officially ().

However I think (not sure) that I could use the feedback-button with opera in that past....

OK, it's not about the browser at all!

It's about allowing XHR-usage from feedback-supportportal.hana.ondemand.com

(In Opera, I'm using uMatrix to block anything strange by default - on Chrome I don't have such a thing, that's why it worked there right away. )

Once I configured uMatrix like this, it worked:

This appears to be resolved today.  Can you confirm if you are able to now use the Feedback link in the Launchpad?

Hey Jamie,

yes, I have gotten that working again (it was a problem on my side about blocking certain resources -> see "correct" answer)

I leave that question open, as I think there is still an issue:

The message given doesn't at all help to solve the problem!

"Please try again later" ? Without changing my setup, this will never work!

A better message woul be something like "Couldn't load xx from yy - maybe check your addblocker" or something.
