Does anyone know with which transaction can I recount the inventory using RF Console?
Is LI11N working?

using LI14 initiate Recount and then LM50, LM51,LM52 or LM53 (based on your requirement) you can perform the recount using RF console

LI14 is used to recount in physical inventory

This is an advise for you
the first two button in the application toolbar above the Easy Acess menu you can switch between user menu and SAP menu.
Click SAP menu.
Then make sure that the menu displays the transaction codes.
Choose from top menu EXTRAS > Settings
and tick the box for Display technical names.
Now open Logistics > Logistics execution > warehouse management .... and you will find all WM transactions
