Hi All,
I Have two output types( ZCOA and ZCRA) for quality certificate .
Business want to have different access sequence for profile determination for each output type. So we have created two condition type/Assignment types(SAP Std is QCA1) for profile determination which are used for certificate profile assignment by transaction QC15.
Separate access sequence are also assigned to these assignment types
Now I am not sure how to assign or link these condition type for profile determination to output types ZCOA and ZCRA.
Please advise
Thanks
Hi Amol,
May be this below thread response could provide you some clues -

Hi Arjit,
Thanks for reply.
I agreeto print the COA we have to define the output determination procedure and condition table including access sequence however these are required for automatic selection/determination of LQCB/LQCA output types.
These setting are sufficient if we are using standard certificate profile determination Assignment type( Material/customer , Material and Material Group.)
In my case to meet customer requirement I have defined two different condition types and two access sequence these are different access sequence than what we define for LQCB/LQCA output determination.
Please let me know how these new condition type and access sequence need to be assigned /linked to LQCB/LQCA
Thanks,
Hi Amol,
A) Adding new Condition Type to create New Access Sequence -
In this highlighted config, you should create a new Access Sequence, for example 0001, and assign the recently created condition type as 1st entry and 2nd entry may be the one which was the previous setup. Also, the position number should be like 10, 20, 30 ....
NOTE: While creating these new Access Sequences, if you have copied any previously existing Access Sequence, then as you have now created a new condition table, this entry should be added as the position 10 entry. All other entry numbers should be changed to 20, 30,..onwards.
B) Adding New Output Types to assign New Access Sequence -
In this highlighted config, you already have Output Types LQCA and LQCB added. Here you need to add and create two new Output types like ZQCA and ZQCB.
Then, double-click the 1st newly added entry ZQCA and add the newly created 1st access Sequence for example 0001. Similarly, double-click ZQCB and add the newly created 2nd access sequence 0002.
At the end, you will have 4 combinations of Output Types active - LQCA, LQCB, ZQCA & ZQCB and each one of these output types had their own specific access sequence to follow.
Thanks,

Hi Arijit,
Thanks again for taking time out to reply. However I am talking about below access sequence and condition type and not what you have mentioned above.
SPRO > Quality Management > Quality certificate > Certificate Profile > Profile Determination > Define access sequence for Profile determination
SPRO > Quality management > Quality Certificate > Certificate Profile > Profile Determination > Define Condition Type for Profile determination.
Thanks,
Amol
Hi Amol,
The process is same for both the places for 'Profile Determination' and 'Output Determination'. They hits the same table nodes in the background.
Before creating Access Sequence, you should have created two new condition table with additional criteria like the existing criteria - Material, Material/Customer, Material Group, etc.
A) Define Access Sequence for Profile Determination -
Create new Access Sequence ZQC1 by adding the newly created 1st Condition table at position 10. If this access sequence is a copy of the existing one QCA1, then put the new condition table at position 10, and push the existing condition tables like Material, Material/Customer, Material Group... at position 20, 30, 40... respectively.
Repeat this step for creating the 2nd Access Sequence ZQC2, by assigning the 2nd condition table at position 10.
B) Define Condition Type for Profile Determination -
Create a new condition type ZCOA (As suggested) and add the new Access Sequence ZQC1 for it. Similarly, create another condition type ZCRA and assign the Access Sequence ZQC2.
Hope this clarifies.
Thanks,
Arijit
