Cannot ad System Privilege to another user

Hi gurus.

I cannot add System Privilege to another user.

In trace I have found the following information:

[14319]{256543}[1915/-1] 2016-04-20 11:56:44.470701 i Authorization    SQLFacade.cpp(01497) : UserId(2547144) is not authorized to grant systemprivilege(s) [CREATE SCENARIO]

[14319]{256543}[1915/-1] 2016-04-20 11:56:44.470725 i Authorization    SQLFacade.cpp(01655) : privilege was checked for being granted

[14319]{256543}[1915/-1] 2016-04-20 11:56:44.470727 i Authorization    SQLFacade.cpp(01661) :

    system-actions :

        CREATE_SCENARIO

[14319]{256543}[1915/-1] 2016-04-20 11:56:44.470732 i Authorization    query_check.cc(03386) : User VLADIMIR tried to execute 'grant CREATE SCENARIO to MIKOA'

Hello Vladimir,

so it seems that the user used trying to grant the system privilege, has no privileges to grant the system privilege.

Did you check this?

How can I find which privilege I need to grant the system privilege?

That's the meaning of it, yes.
