Document builder element visualisation

I have defined the elements and their text but i am not able to visualise the text in the document builder interface .

Hi, as you're experienced with the SAP DocBuilder, can you please tell me, how to transport the Elemets and templates within another syste (QA / PR)?

I developed the DOCX elements within my DEV system and need to transfer them to the following systems... Unnfortunally I can't find the information anywhere.
