OFTP problems after upgrading to Seeburger version 2.2.2

Hello!

We upgraded from PI version 7.11 with Seeburger 2.1.3 to PI version 7.4 with Seeburger 2.2.2. If we are trying to transmit messages over OFTP we are getting the following error message:

The connection was working properly before we upgraded to the new version. I even created a new CC.

Does anyone know which settings we could check?

Thank you!

Best Regards,

Christian

Hello Christian.

Check the troubleshooting guide

Hello Raghuraman,

thank you for your input. We checked all settings and found out that there was an absolute wrong phone number in the field although the CCs were migrated 1:1 without any changes. Strange but solved...

Now we got another error message we never had before:

Error in method: continueIncomingConnection (Not fatal and not retryable error (category 'COMMUNICATION_ERROR') in communication layer (connection 'ISDN_connection_1461297862440_41') >> Unable to continue incoming ISDN connection ISDN_connection_1461297862440_41. Network disconneted. CAPI exception 0x3304: The call was given to another application) [SESSION_146129786366942]

Do you know which settings we could check?

Thank you!

Best regards,

Christian
