BBP are AS-IS, TO-BE, Process Document, etc. AS-IS & To-BE are prepared during Business Blueprint Stage, where as Process document are prepared after user testing, as the processes can be considered final after all processes are freezed after user testing.

Hi Ramki,
BBP's( Business Process Procedures) are prepared when the client is having the same issue Repeat many times for which the consultant prepare the BBP's in which the Permenant Solution if Necessary with Screen shoots will be prepared and sent to the client .if they are getting the same problem agian this will help them in sloving the issue instead of raising the ticket or issue. and these are Purely Client specific and made on Seperate Template.
Thanks and Regards,
