My requirement is to monitor a interface and have to send message count to particular mail_ID by end of the day. Can you please suggest some possible ways.

You can do your own ABAP/JAVA development to retrieve this information, later, you can use SAP PI to send an e-mail with the data that you need.

I dont think ther is a standard way of doing this.

You need get the details from SAP standard tables via JDBC and send a mail.

Which installation you have?single or dual?
