Hi All,

Please help me in the following. While we do technical monitoring

1.Transaction response time

2.Update response time instance

3.abap short dumps

4.Host agent availability

all these are grey.Please suggest what to be done.

This may not provide exact pin pointed answer but will help in understanding the root cause.

SAP note search will give you some notes...but real challenge is to understand what is causing the error.

Hi,

What is your current SP level? Please ensure MAI collective Note is applied.

Please ensure that the Monitoring Content is up to date in Step 2.7
and please ensure the templates are applied correctly in step 6 of Tech Mon.

Also, upload a screenshot of the data collection check from the Sys Mon UI so that we can see what error is being returned.
