Hello,
I'm currently working on SolMan 7 EhP1 (Linux / Oracle10.2).
I have 2 problems : I cannot launch the process Java and cannot launch the configtool
1- Configtool :
vmpsol:soladm 11> ./configtool.sh
Warning: Cannot convert string "-*-lucida-medium-r-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-iso8859-1" to type FontStruct

[Bootstrap module]> Problem occurred while performing synchronization.
Any help greatly appreciated
1. What Xserver software are you using? For example, for Xming you need to install Xming-fonts also.
2. Is listener service started up and running? What is the state of database?

Hi,
1- Configtool :
Seems to be problem with Xserver you're using. Try accessing configtool with latest version of Xserver or may be VNC.
2- Process Java :
Check below mentioned sap notes.
1913654 - Bootstrap failed with error "The Network Adapter could not establish the connection"
1602004 - J2EE System fails with "exitcode = 66"
Regards,
Prithviraj.
The problem was the font !
My Configtool is now working !
Thanks you so much.

Thanks for your answers.
The database Oracle and the listener are up and running.
I'm using Xming 6.9.0.31. I think it's the last version.
The command Xclock is working fine.
Maybe the problem is the Xming-fonts because I get the logs below :
Could not init font path element C:\Program Files\Xming/fonts/misc/, removing from list!
Could not init font path element C:\Program Files\Xming/fonts/TTF/, removing from list!
Could not init font path element C:\Program Files\Xming/fonts/Type1/, removing from list!
Could not init font path element C:\Program Files\Xming/fonts/75dpi/, removing from list!
Could not init font path element C:\Program Files\Xming/fonts/100dpi/, removing from list!
Could not init font path element C:\Program Files\Xming\fonts\dejavu, removing from list!
Could not init font path element C:\Program Files\Xming\fonts\cyrillic, removing from list!
Could not init font path element C:\WINDOWS\Fonts, removing from list!
And I don't have any font directory in C:\Program Files\Xming.
I'll tell tell the system admin to install the font.
