No Permission To Perform This Task For System XYZ When Upload To SAP Support Portal

Dear Experts,

I want to upload this system to SAP Support Portal to use Maintenance Planner.

But get below error:

No permission to perform this task for system XYZ

Could you please advise?

Hi Iqbal,

Can you kindly check if the user has the administrator authorization similar to SOLMAN_ADMIN.

Dear all,

Thank you for your advise.

This is what I have done.

1. Check in SOLMAN_SETUP=>System Preparation=>Specify Connectivity Data Maintain S-user ID with Administrator authorization.

2. Go to SM59 in SOLMAN, test connection SAP-OSS, SAP-OSS-LIST-O01

3. In SOLMAN, go to AISUSER, maintain S-user ID with the user you are currently login (if there is error partner not found, ignore it first, press ENTER, then save)

4. Go to SE38, execute AI_SC_REFRESH_READ_ONLY_DATA immediately

5. Then, go back to AISUSER, you will be able to find S-user ID in contact person drop down list

6. Apply SAP Note 2002546 - CP: Direct upload of landscape data to the customer profile

6. Go back to LMDB, then press upload to SAP Support Portal

You should get no issue

Is job AI_SC_REFRESH_READ_ONLY_DATA finish successfully?

Even the job finished, they might be error. You may refer to the job log.

Have you maintained the user that you execute LMDB(eg:solman_admin) in AISUSER with S-user ID?

Have you applied SAP Note 2002546 ?
