Thank you for your advise.
This is what I have done.
1. Check in SOLMAN_SETUP=>System Preparation=>Specify Connectivity Data Maintain S-user ID with Administrator authorization.
2. Go to SM59 in SOLMAN, test connection SAP-OSS, SAP-OSS-LIST-O01
3. In SOLMAN, go to AISUSER, maintain S-user ID with the user you are currently login (if there is error partner not found, ignore it first, press ENTER, then save)
4. Go to SE38, execute AI_SC_REFRESH_READ_ONLY_DATA immediately
5. Then, go back to AISUSER, you will be able to find S-user ID in contact person drop down list
6. Apply SAP Note 2002546 - CP: Direct upload of landscape data to the customer profile
6. Go back to LMDB, then press upload to SAP Support Portal
You should get no issue
