GRC "Request Status" not showing correct numbers

Hi Experts,

We have a user who is not showing the correct number of requests in Request Status short cuts, the issue is only with the entry/shortcut "All (0)", it is always showing the number 0 and when clicked, it shows up as blank, whereas when clicked Approved or Decision Pending then correct number of entries are listed. Any clue about the source of such error?

This issue has been resolved. The notes that were applied did correct the issue

0002002786 - POWL Table is rendered blank on switching between queries

0001975395 - POWL: Errors in rendering of various POWL data

however for some users the issue did not go away immediately, it took some users logging out and re-login to correct the issue.

The following notes have already been implemented:

0001975395 - POWL: Errors in rendering of various POWL data

Implementing these notes fixed the issue for most users, but there still few users who has issue that "Request Status All(0)" does not list any result although same user can see requests under "Request Status Approved or Decision Pending"
