How to get Visualizations and if needed Datasets displayed in BI Launchpad?

Hi,

when I save my lumira document to the bi platform, only the storyboard is shown.

How can i change this?

The User have full access.

Hi

Is Story empty here (issue)? however,  there shall be an edit button at right side at top as mentioned in screen shot i shad shared previously. If you can click that, it shall show you Viz and compose room.

which means you can see both Viz and compose room and not just Story (compose room).

Does it mean you do not see Compose room and Viz room tab when you open a document?

if yes, then you need to click on Edit button as highlighted in this screen shot, it will open the document in edit mode.

if no, then we need to check permission of user on document.

I can not make screenshots at this moment, sorry.

The user has created with the Lumira Desktop a visualization and a storyboard and saved it to the BI Platform. By opening the lums file in BI Launchpad only the storyboard is shown. Visualization and Dataset are empty.
