Alets in ECC for Client and server proxies

Hi Experts,

Can you anyone provide me the step by step configurations for client and server proxies as I have no experience in configuring  alerts in ECC. My requirement is for all success full/error proxy messages posted to ECC need to trigger alert., another additional requirement is, proxy data contains data for different countries, depending on data, I need to send the alert for particular countries only.

Hi Sritharan,

Thanks for sharing the document, from PI point of, we don't have any issue in configuring alerts, from ECC end how do we configure alerts and how to notify users by mail for all successful and un successful  proxy messages which posted to ECC from PI. and another requirement is, depending on payload data, need to notify only particular country recipients.
