Hi Experts,

I am working in SWM 6.2 application and I am getting the below dumps in system when trying to sync the application.

Back end errors:

Dump1:

Category              Internal Kernel Error

Runtime Errors        EXSORT_FWRITE_FAILED

Application Component  BC-ABA-LA

Date and Time          15.04.2016 17:26:54

|    Error when writing the sorted data to the temporary file.

Dump 2:

Category              Resource Shortage

Runtime Errors        TSV_TNEW_PAGE_ALLOC_FAILED

|    No more storage space available for extending an internal table.

In SMP Server also we are getting the similar errors repeatedly.

In the process of investigating the issue we have found the similar issue by another customer.

Refer to the enclosed for more details.

Requesting for the inputs / recommendations to identify the root cause to resolve these dumps in back end.

Roopa,

Hi. We seem to noticed that this issue is also reported in the SAP incident ticketing system. As discussed in the incident, please try the suggestion outline in the old reference as this issue is tied to running out of space.

You may update the incident if this did not help.
