Create Customer and Business partner during replication to ECC

Hi all,

We have a scenario already in place in our environment where, whenever you create a business partner in CRM and assign to role "Sold-To" to it, it will replicate to ECC and create a customer there.

Now, we have an additional requirement to also create a business partner for this customer automatically.

Does anyone know how to do this?

Hi Pieter,

ok so if I get it right you can customize this next to the "normal" integration that is already running?

What would then the scenario be for me to use? Customer to BP? I would think BP to BP but that is not available.

I just checked your document a bit in depth and we already have these settings activated in the system.

Thing is that it is not working when a customer is send over from CRM.

Ah. Then maybe the settings for the actual replication are more likely to be incorrect.

I think the actual processing is as follows (not sure, it has been stable for years):

1. BP in CRM

2. BP in ECC

3. Customer in SD.
