Hi

Regarding the issue you are facing I would like to clarify few queries.

1. How are you launching the WD Abap application ? Can you provide a screenshot of the same ?

2. Is the issue seen in all the browser's? And by all user's ?

3. Can you launch the application directly without portal and then check how is the issue seen ?

Regards

Hi Santarshi,

1. We tried 2 ways, one within the portal itself and the other one is we directly tested in sicf.

2. Yes, the issue is seen in all browsers and all users

3. Launched without portal but still gives the same blank screen.

Screenshot is as per below:-

1st screenshot is when this is launched via SICF

2nd screenshot is when we run it in portal

This is the initial error found in our portal logs

Can you also run the application from SE80 and send the screen shot?

Please send the screen shot from ST22 also, if you get the dump.

Hi Chandra,

Here is the screenshot when running with SE80. It still procduces the blank screen. No dumps were created after the test is ran.

Well in this standard configuration is messed up. Check with your basis team.

Also, try running any standard SAP Webdynpro application. I guess it should also give the same blank screen. If the standard application is good then I would recommend you to create a new application.

what do we need to check on the configuration from this? Is it the link between the portal and R3 itself or if there is any other things that we need to check on? Kindly help to advise.

Basis will check...  eg: service activation in sicf. Just inform them that when you try to test the application the web page is not loading.

Is any standard application loading/running?
