UWL Tracking tab is missing post SP upgrade

Hi All,

We have recently upgraded our Portal from EP7.3 SP4 to EP7.3 SP14.  When upgrading the portal, BP_SRM also got upgraded from SRM7.01 SP8 to BP_SRM7.01 SP13. 

The issue here is Tracking tab is missing in SRM UWL screen whereas in MSS UWL it is visible. Since the BP_SRM is upgraded, it is not visible in SRM screens alone.

I checked the corresponding XML file and tracking tab visibility yes only.  Also, I can see that XML file is not changed/updated during portal upgrade timestamp.

Kindly suggest.

Hi Subashini,

Can you share the screenshot and default trace.

if possible , undeploy the BP_SRM , if there is no customization and then redploy the previous version.

Recheck the UWL configuration as well.

Hi Ashutosh,

As we are in higher version, users are fine with this and we cant undeploy the BP_SRM. I have done all the changes inline with production and close to go-live date.

Please let me know what default trace you want from NWA?  Kindly help.
