Failed to create / change Sales Order

Dear Experts,

My problem is related to the following forums -

When creating / changing SO, found the following error -

Maintain plant 9200 for the sales area -

Message no. V1762

As advised by the above forums and accessed OVV9 to assign Sales Area to the relevant Delivery Plant (Sales Area was also automatically added to IMG: "MM -> Purchasing -> Purchase order -> Setup Stock Transport Order -> Define Shipping data for plants"). Then, the above error was not found.

Just have the following questions before implementing the change -

Q1) As our SO is to create for external customer and Interco. Billing process is already NOT required currently and the relevant Interco. Billing Type was also removed from the relevant Sales Order Type, should we still have to setup it in OVV9 to fix the above error ? If not, how to setup so that the above error was not prompted when creating / changing SO ?

Q2) Even if (Q1) is required, is it possible to assign more than one Sales Area (e.g. 8300-11-11 & 8300-11-99) to the Delivery Plant, or just assign it to SOrg. or Dist. Channel level ?

Q3) From the above screen, the Delivery Plant 8132 was recently created and no Sales Area was assigned for this Plant. However, the above error was NOT prompted when creating / changing SO (Remark: The Sales doc. Type is the same and just the Item Cate. is different). Could you advise why this Plant was different ?

Q4) In OVV9 setup, does it mean that the SOrg. of the Interco. Billing is copied from the specified SOrg. in this section, or else ?
