Scenario problem in My Inbox

Hi,

I have problem in My Inbox aplication. We use two System alias.

We added system alias to "Task Gateway Service version 2.0" in Maintain Services.

I define task definaton for Scenerio as below. But it does not work true. I don't want to see "TS90000001" Task in My Inbox what I didn't define in Task Definiton for Scenerio.

Our Gateway System is SAP NETWEAVER 7.5.

In that case, you should remove other entries in the Task Definition for Scenario.

Hi Masayuki,

I can not remove other entiries. Because these are for KRD system.

For example KRD and HRD system have same tasks "TS90100036".

HRD is copy system from KRD.

I want to see this task for KRD in My Inbox. Not HRD.

As you see in Task Defination for Scenerio, System Alias is KRD for "TS90100036".

Why do I see in My Inbox, there is "TS90100036" both two sytem.

Hi Hakan,

What is the test result with this?

1. Copy the scenario ID to Z_INBOX2

2. Remove other entries and keep only TS21500003 task from HRD

3. Create a tile with scenario ID Z_INBOX2

Do you get workitem TS21500003 task from KRD?

I copy scenario ID to Z_INBOX2 as you said. I don't get workitem TS21500003 from KRD.

If I add different task for different workflow. I get workitem TS21500003 from KRD and HRD.

Workitem count is one in tile catalog. But when i enter my inbox application.

I see two leave request. One of them is from HRD, other one is from KRD.

Hi Hakan,

The first case works as expected.

The second case has an issue for workitem count on the tile.

Please check the Dynamic URL setting for the tile.

In the second case, I think it is correct workitem count on the tile. Because it must be one workitem.

Why do I see TS21500003 from KRD system in My Inbox? I don't add to TS21500003 for KRD.

This task for HRD. I have to see one workitem in My Inbox.

Hi Hakan,

It looks the issue is in the backend side. Some filter logic is incorrect.

I think debug is only way for finding the root cause.

Thank you Masa,

We will continue to debug. Before My Inbox application, we were using Pending Approval.

It has same filter scenario. But it worked correctly.

Ideally :

S.A 1 : Task 1

S.A 1 : Task 2

S.A 2 : Task 2

Your gateway system is same for both, and the app is same. So S.A1 : task1 would ideally come from the SA1 system. But should not come from SA2. Make sure you have not configured Task 1 in 2nd backend in this path : Maintain task names and decision options in SPRO node.

Hi Tejas,

I check "Maintain task names and decision optirons" in SPRO. There is only "TS20000001" task.

I didn't configured "TS90000001" task in SPRO.

Check meanwhile if you have missed any standard note for multi origin.

I check scenario specific tiles in my system. Everything seems OK.
