Search help for Acct Assignment not working

Hi,

When I create a PO and go into the account assignment tab at the item level and try to bring up the search help by clicking on the Binoculars , nothing happens. The backend has been upgraded to ERP2005. We are on SRM 5.0

Any thoughts on why this could happen?

Can you shed some light on how I could investigate this issue.

Your help is appreciated.

Hi

This is a bug in the System. Are you talking of customer fields / standard fields - search help ?

You need to raise an OSS message with SAP on this.

Meanwhile, try these SAP OSS notes.

Also ensure, proper authorization objects are provided by BASIS team.

Hi,

1-Please read OSS note 656633.

2-One of your RFC user require to be in DIALOG mode.

3-The RFC authorization should be available in your requester role : S_RFC object with RHF4 value

4-Attach your dialog rfc user to the "rfc destination" column in the "define backend system" (SRM SPRO)

5- Your requester should have the authorization object M_BBP_SHLP
