Allow checklist creation only under the phase in cProject

Hi Experts,

After PPM upgrade to 6.1, we are able to create checklist under the project definition. As per our PPM -cproject structure set up it should be allowed to create only under the phase.

So, could you please suggest what went wrong and how it can be fixed?

Hi Saurabh,

Take a look at the below setting for your Project Type. Is this flag switched on? Switch it off and it should then prevent you from linking checklists directly under your cProject:

Hi Saurabh,

It is new functionality as per PPM 6.1. Nothing went wrong here. Similarly you can create a Task directly under the Project Definition without having Phases..

If you want to restrict this, you would need to take help from your technical colleagues to write a small validation..
