My client has Make-to-order scenario and I have to make report for my client for dispatch quantity. In this report i have to tell the sale order quantity and its received quantity from production department and finally dispatched this quantity from received quantity.

For this i will find all sales order quantity from vbap-kwmeng

Received quantity ?

Delivered Quantiy by lips-lfimg with goods issue status of vbup-wbsta

How can i find received quantity after production department.

For that, you need to find out with which movement type, the production team are transferring to unrestricted.  Once you know the movement type, you can check in MB51

Hope you are doing well sir. Production team is using movement time 101 for stock receiving. How can i corporate into report?

Dear Lakshmi Sir,

If pick table AFPO (Production item table), here sale order item wise quantity is coming and it's receiving quantity is coming in the field GR quantity (WEMNG). If i use this method to calculate receiving then it would be right way to pick receiving quantity?
