Application-Error on Terminalserver B1_Engines.dll

Hello Experts,

We have many problems with Application-Errors on our Windows-2008-Enterprise Terminal-Server
for the user SAP B1 ends with a Message like Database connection failed.

Here is a Screeshot from the Windows-Manager:

Hi Markus,

Please have a look at what MS has to say about error 1000

Not exactly the same, but probably the same root cause, B1 may be having difficulties with the DNS because of the Terminal Services setup.

Hello Johan,

thank you very much for your Tip.

Yes, the Terminalserver works in another Network than the SAP-Server.

Both Networks are Connected with Routing-Switches, but our DNS is not 100% OK.

Now we have to check this issue.

Hello,

We checked our Dns servers and resolves from terminalserver 1 week ago.

Dns-zones and dns forwarding.

If we do not have more errors till next week, this problem is solved.
