Dear All,
I have an issue with SOA manager web service , when i was trying to test few services it says ICF Error when receiving the response: ICM_HTTP_CONNECTION_FAILED")
initial analysis
no issues with firewall
icm/host_name_full entry has maintained in instance profile
SICF -> F8 -> menu Client -> Proxy settings -> deactivate checkbox "Proxy settings is active").

Hello Rahul,
Can you try loading URL from SMICM Tx and then check pinging.
Run SMICM
Run menu item Goto --> HTTP Plug-In --> Application Server --> Load URL Prefixes.

Please provide trace log for ICM, you can get it from SMICM transaction.
