Hi Experts,
We (Our Infrastructure team) recently changed our SAP router public IP,
By this time the status of SAP Router at SMP is not stable.
for 20min it is saying "Host did not respond 1,2,.. times" for some time status is "cancelled".
Even though SAP AG can access our SAP systems.
Could you please check and help do we need to change any setting anywhere.

I believe We had similar kind of issue and SAP replied that the information "Host did not respond 9 times respond" is not an error message.
The physical link between your SAProuter and sapserv# is still up and working. Only the ping (icmp) from sapserv# to your SAProuter is not working. Sapserv# sends to every opened service connection one icmp packet . If this icmp packet does not get answer then the information message is displayed.The service connection to your system seems to be working fine only the ping may not be working.
