How to activate SAP best practices pharma within ERP 6.0 EHP8

Hi

I am trying to implement best practices pharmaceutical within the latest ERP 6.0 system with Enhancement Package 8.

Can anybody suggest simple steps instead of reading lengthy documents?

I mean, How to import the best practice technical settings within the ERP system. is it same way as installing add-ons using SAINT t-code?
