Complete Deliveries in sales orders

Hi,

I am trying to to complete sales orders that can't be outbounded due to various reasons, if I set the complete delivery flag in the header to ticked it doesn't update the document status.

Does it still complete all the other settings in the background and is just an incorrect visualisation or is there something else I need to set to change this?

Hi Steven Doyle,

I guess you are trying to change the status of orders to "Complete" even though complete deliveries haven't been made yet.

Please go to Status tab at item level. There is a filed called "Reason for rehection". Choose an appropriate reason and save (ignore warnings if any).

Now the status of the order will be complete. You can view it in Status tab of header or in document flow.

You can also use Edit>Fast Change>Reason for rejection.
