SOCO. Modification of quantity and purch group before the PO creation

Hello,

I am using the sourcing cockpit. I need to merge several shopping carts in one PO. For that I need to modify the purchasing group and also the purchaser must be able to modify the quantity.

The only data I can modify in the SOCO is the vendor, gross price and contract.

There is a way to modify the quantity and the purchasing group.

Hello Marta,

To modify the purchasing group, you have to log on as a manager user, with the role SAP_BBP_STAL_PURCHASE_MANAGER, this role include the transaction BBPWLRA01</b> - Workload management, with this you can transfer items for one purchasing group to another.
