Add columns in operation tab of tasklist

Dear Experts,

Requirement from user to add more columns in operation tab of task list.

So as per threads defined user fields

screen shot for the same below:-

But above fields are coming in enhancement while creating order and define operation.

I required above fields in operation tab of task list please let me know the way to do it.

Hello devesh,

• To the point answer to your query is, it is not possible.
• Only possibility is to through Access key for that standard program and modify the Screen Layout and write your codes in PBO and PAI modules of the screen.
• No One would do this

• This method, no one should adopt.
• And I'm sure your BASIS people wouldn't allow you to do it, who possess the Access keys for all SAP standard programs.
• There is no step by step for this. I've just given a possibility.
• Read only the first line in bold of previous post. Next two lines are just for your knowledge.
• For any such requirement which leaves you no option, you have the option of modifying the standard program with the help of your BASIS and ABAP teams.
• Finally I recommend never modify standard programs, which will have lot of side effects especially during implementation of SAP enhancement versions.
• Instead write to OSS and take their advise.

Values are appearing in operation tab of Task List

You can maintain the Field Key in Task list as well. Please follow below path in Task List

HI Devesh,

PLease assign this field key to default profile values in following path

Plant Maintenance and Customer Service - Maintenance Plans, Work Centers, Task Lists and PRTs - Task Lists - Control Data - Define Profiles with Default Values.

Also maintain that default profile in your user parameters with parameter ID as PIN.
