Dear Experts,
Requirement from user to add more columns in operation tab of task list.
So as per threads defined user fields
screen shot for the same below:-
But above fields are coming in enhancement while creating order and define operation.
I required above fields in operation tab of task list please let me know the way to do it.

PLease assign this field key to default profile values in following path
Plant Maintenance and Customer Service - Maintenance Plans, Work Centers, Task Lists and PRTs - Task Lists - Control Data - Define Profiles with Default Values.
