Hi All,

First I installed java 1.7  32-bit both Web Rich Client and BI Launch pad (applet moder and desktop mode) are not working and then I uninstalled 32-bit version and then I installed 64-bit version, again both Web Rich Client and BI Launch pad (applet mode and desktop mode both) are not working.  Again I uninstlled java 1.7 64-bit and then I installed java 1.8 32-bit and 64-bit one after another, for both these version Web Rich Client tool is not working, in BI Launch pad applet mode is working and desktop mode is not working.

Any suggestion/advice, please.

Hello Arif,

Please refer to below PAM guide to find out which version is compatible.

Also I would recommend to go with an older version than the latest one as they are comparativelymore stable.

Hi Arif,

May be its due to Java 64 bit version.

Please try with Java 7 - 32 bit version. Make sure that you have only one java version on single machine.
