Impact on SRM when archiving MM_MATNR and MM_ASMD in ERP

Hello everybody,

i'm looking for information about a possible impact on replicated data (materials/products and service masters) from ERP to SRM, when the corresponding master data will be deleted/archived via SARA in ERP.

What will happen with the master data products and sevrice masters in SRM? Does anyone have any experiences or links to further information?

Hi,

the status will be sent to SRM and updated in the product master. Check commpr01 for the different status values.

If I recall correctly the material/service can't be selected anymore.

Hi Robin,

thx for your quick reply. I've checked COMMPR01 and saw the different status values. Then i archived a test material number in ERP and checked the status of the product again. Unfortunatly the status is not set correctly. The delete indicator in erp material master activates the status 'To archive' in srm product master. The product is still useable in shopping carts. After complete deletion in ERP the product is still available.
