Planning board at project level

Hi All,

I was trying to view project planning board from 'CJ20N' by selecting project but when I select project, no button is shown for planning board.That button is shown at WBS level so when I select WBS and press planning board button, only project and WBS is shown with no network and activities. I have check all config of planning board but still it's not displaying. Please tell me what I'm missing. Below is the screen shot:

Profiles for the Project Planning Board

When defining project profile, click the check box which says show activity

Hopefully your issue will be resolved this way

Hi Noreen,

Thanks for your response, I have already checked on 'show activity' within planning profile but still it's not able to show activities in planning board. I have also check all configuration relevant to planning board which is fine but still it's not showing.

Hi Faizan,

There might be multiple reasons.

1. Check in SHD0 whether this icon is disabled

2. Try to open CJ2B and check whether you are able to open it without any issue, see whether you have access

3. Any layout is set  for WBS element.

4. Check for any custom code

5. Finally check OSS note

Thanks for your response.

• I'm not fimiliar with SHD0 so could you tell me some details with help of screen shot for using CJ20N

2. Try to open CJ2B and check whether you are able to open it without any issue, see whether you have access

• I have check with CJ2B, getting same result means showing 'Gantt Chart' only for project and WBS without activity.

3. Any layout is set  for WBS element.

• No layout is set for WBS element.

4. Check for any custom code

• As the server is new with no ABAP code so there isn't any custom code.

5. Finally check OSS note

• Seems like I have to raise OSS note.
