Internal error (-5002) [Message 131-183]

Hi, When trying to add a Landed cost, I cannot add the document and I receive the following error message: Internal error (-5002) [Message 131-183] . Do you have any ideas why this happen? My SAP version is 9.0 PL 12. Thanks in advance! Best regards, Gabriela.

I have a client that is also occurring the same internal error , but when you try to close a sales order . And the process is corrected only with the intervention of SAP Support.

1. Check if you have SP_TN there

2. Try it when no one else is using the system to prevent deadlock happens.
