Hi Saurabh,
The easiest way is to add the values at the domain level and the values will automatically come as drop down. The downside for this is that every time when there is a change it has to be made in the Dev system and transport it to Prod.
The best way is to ask your technical team to create a custom table and bind it to the element in the WebDynpro UI and populate the values from the custom table. This way users can easily make changes to the values in the custom table in Prod based on authorization.
