Unable to retain file name once document loaded in open text repository

Hi,

We are using open text content server as DMS storage. We are able to successfully integrate and upload documents to it. But the issue is we are not able to retain the file name in the repository folder. Where as on CV02N it's displaying the correct file name and in repository it's showing as desk top user name.format of file name.

Is there a way to populate same file name even in repository? Have we missed any configuration. Please advice.

Hi Nagaraju,

I guess you missed to select the checkbox for "user kpro" in your configuration for document types.

Hi,

I have checked as suggested at Document type configuration. But "user Kpro" was selected. Once I did little bit more research I found that we have a check box at application type in DC30 t code "you can not change temporary file name".

Once this check box selected in the repository we could able to retain the file names.
