Dear experts,
I need a big help (again!).. I have to integrate a custom CRM (not Sap) over an Oracle database with my Hybris Marketing.
The database is on a different system, but we have a Firepass connection.
I just need to know which is the best way to "import" the data from THAT system to MY system.
I was wandering about using OData. Is that the best way? I read on the guides that there are several ways: RFC,OData and Web Service.
Has anyone worked on this topic?
Thanks,
Cristina
Hi Cristina,
CRM transaction data can be brought into yMKT as interactions and CRM master data as interaction contacts. Interaction contacts must be loaded via API (oData) but for transactional data you can either load as interactions via API(oData) or bring into HANA in a custom table, merge into segmentation using custom HANA view.
Even though it is slightly old, please refer to the following document for more info:http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/40a80c98-98c5-3210-2b93-dfcfac59f...
Hope this helps
Thanks
