LTC block is showing different year block values for different employees in ESS.

Dear Experts,

We are facing a strange issue in ESS while applying for LTA. For different employees, LTC block shows different year block values.

Please find the screen shot and assist how to fix this..

Dear ,

If you see the V_T511K table for LTABG and LTAEN the start date is 01.01.2010,  Kindly maintain the value as in LTCBG 01.01.2014 onwards and then check out the results.

Also in Type of Block it should 2 year, as once in a 2 year employee can apply one time..

Thanks for suggestions.

I have done the changes and details are given below but still for employees LTC block is different . Kindly assist.

For second employee where just one block is coming, while proceeding further for LTA for LTC block 2014-2015, system throws an error "There is no eligibility for any of the dependents for LTC scheme (SLTA:CL:LTC:20160418) ".

Dear Deepak,

Thanks for suggestions   but no need to change existing configuration as it is already in Production and issue is here for block period appearance different for different people. Is this something to do with master data in IT0582??

Other than that we are getting issue Maximum time gap of 1 Year(s)exceeded for the claim (SLTA:LTC), it should not come.

Please assist.

Hello Ritesh,

Kindly check the reocrd in IT0589, Also check the eligiblity of that person for LTC, He might not be eligibile for the record.


Maximum time gap of 1 year(s) exceeded for the claim.

This will come as employee would not be able to apply the LTC claim, once the time period of previous year expired.

Dear Deepak,

Thanks for the reply.

As suggested, i removed entry from V_T77WWW_CLLTCSC and after that LTC block is blank and not able to proceed further for applying LTA for any of the employees in testing environment.

I also noticed that in table V_T77WWW_CLREIM, Reimbursement type SLTA is IS LTC.

Kindly assist on this.

Hello RG,

Yes, Kindly uncheck the same, as LTA is not LTC relevant, So kindly uncheck the same, LTA should behave as normal claim..

Dear RG,

Please remove the entry from V_T77WWW_CLLTCSC, as for SLTA we cannot create more than one record. Above table is menat for LTC only..
