how the tax free wage component(sodexo coupon) amount should be adjust CTC component total like Supplementory Allowence wage type?

Dear Experts,

How to adjust Sodexo Meal coupon Wage type Amount is Rs.3500 in supplementary Allowances wage type total amount.

Example:        Every month Sodexho coupon amount is 3500

                              Supplementary allowances amount 20000

                                                                            ------------------------------

            After adjustment supplementary allowances =   16500

                                                                              -------------------------------

if an employee eligible for Sodexho then his total CTC adjusted in Supplementary Allowances component but total CTC amount should not crossed.

Option1; how to write the PCR for above scenario, any one got idea please share.

Option 2: I need to go for custom development for calculation

     Please guide me best option either option 1 or 2

I am struggling to find out correct place to incorporate in sub-schema and function. please let me have got any idea. i tried IN00 copy ZN00  sub schema  INAP line 20 -30 between with ACTIO XXXX GEN , while processing payroll i got error.

Hi,

1st options seems more efficient. Create one WT for sodexo coupons, develop on PCR to subtract Sodexo WT value from Supp. Allowance. Employees who are eligible for coupon will go thru this PCR & Suppl/.All will get reduced other will not and will get full amount for Suppl.all; which will not affect CTC aswell.

Please find below sample PCR-

eg-

WT-1000 (Supp Allo)

WT-2000(Sodexo)

  2000

        AMT=  1000

        AMT-  2000

        ADDWT 1000
