Unable to read document from content server

Dear Experts,

We are facing an issue while reading the document content from DMS server. We are using the FM "SDOK_PHIO_LOAD_CONTENT" to read the document content based on the PHOID (physical object id of a document which we got from FM "CV115_DOC_OPEN_DISPLAY" ).

But the FM is going to the short dump as the document was not locked or check-in for a storage category. When we lock the document manually we do not see the short dump. Please find the attached document in CV02N transaction.

So,Could you please let us know whether do we have any automation for automatic check-in or lock of the document in CV01N.

Hi,

Unless it has lock status , The document is still in your system. It has not stored content server.
