Template not found.

Hi,

Whenevr I test my ITS application service frm SICF transaction, the messge that i get is " Template interpretation failed. Template does not exist ".

I checked the error analysis through ST22, and it asks to check the template with the desired screen number. I cross check it and found it to be fine.

What cud be the problem.

Hi Gautram,

the template does exist and is related to the service, right?

What is the state of the template - must be active/published.

Please publish this template and try again...

What is the name of the service? Does the service webgui work?

Hello Gautram,

To expand on Tobias's comment....

Publish the IAC, SYSTEM, and WEBGUI internet services from SE80 to your Internal/Integrated ITS. Then publish the service you are using if templates exist for it, also publish and services listed as "~source" in the GUI configuration settings of SICF for the service you are using.

Hi,

please check the Wiki article ' How to activate, publish and test ITS services in the integrated ITS?'. Most likely: The service has to be published...

I have maintianed all these settings and config's ,,but still constantly getting the same error of 'Template not found'.
