HI,
I am trying to send email from sap B1 9.0.I have added Outlook integration Add-On.But the user from which i am testing does not have Email Address defined so i get an error "E-Mail address has not been defined for the sender. Cannot send e-mail, SMS, or fax. , 'manager' [Message 3581-4]".
Please let me know where can i add the Email address to this already defined user?
when i try it in Administration->set->User and enter the user manager and hit enter it gives me an error @user already exists@
Should i add them in user defaults?

A valid send emailer address has to be defined in Company Detail setting in order to send out alert email.
For the user that you are logged on as, go to Administration > Setup > Users and select the user name. Make sure that an email address and fax number are entered and update.

Have you set the email address for that particular user in Administration --> User
Also you need to set email address under Administration --> System Initialization --> Company Details --> General
