Our production floor operates in 3 shifts. Production Shift starts at 7am on current day & ends at next day 7am (3 Shifts operation) and keeps continuing.
I am responsible for recording actual back-flush quantity for all the 3 shifts and report to management.
So every day when I come to office at 08:00am first work I do is, using 131-132 movement in MB51 I download the report to excel to see what has been back-flushed on previous day.
Actually I should know what is been back-flushed during (Example) 04/12/2016 07:00:00 am to 04/13/2016 06:59:59am!
But due to standard system configuration I see that report shows from (Example) 04/12/2016 00:00:00 am to 04/13/2016 08:00:00am!! for which the report should downloaded in excel & do filtering according to my requirement.
It takes lot of time to do this, since lot many part numbers & huge list.
Please help me if I can input my requirement at input level itself by creating any "varient" as "4/12/2016 07:00:00 am to 04/13/2016 06:59:59am" so that I don't need to do any additional activity in excel.

Dear One's.
Thank you for the prompt reply. Let me continue to use excel as an option.

Hello Kiran,
SAP considers standard day setting i.e from 00:00 to 24:00 so in system it not possible to fetch data as per factory production day.
You need to design separate program in which query will run for first day (Time - 07:00 to 24:00) and again run for next day (Time- 00:00 to 06:59).
To make yourself lazier you can ask your programmer to schedule program in background on say 7:30 AM and send you the data on mail.

Hi,
Or you create a report in SAP (ABAP development) or puts macro in Excel
MB51 don´t have time on the initial screen
And the internal filter, we can not put 07:00 am to 6:59 pm (upper limit less than the lower limit)
