How to configure alerts for system acknowledgement errors in SAP PI 7.0

Hi Experts,

We have a requirement to configure alerts for system acknowledgement errors in SAP PI 7.0.

We are working on NFE interfaces [SAP Standard content].

I have configured alert category in ALRTCATDEF and created ALERT RULE in RWB.

But i'm not getting alerts when we got acknowledgement errors in moni as shown in the above snapshot.

I have double checked my configuration,all seems to be fine and also tested alert configuration through standard report "RSALERTTEST" and i got alert mail.

--> Can we configure alerts for system acknowledgement errors?

--> Why standard alert configuration is working when i'm doing test but not working during runtime?

--> Apart from alert configuration,do we need to do any additional configuration to achieve this?

Hi Bhargava,

• Delete expired alerts using the program RSALERTPROC
• Check is there any dumps in ST22 with user PIRWBUSER and complaining about authorization

I have gone though the note.

In my case,message was successfully processed but system acknowledgement contains errors, So can we trigger alerts for acknowledgement errors?
