Net value is getting rounding up.

Hello Expert,

In RRB order a rate set at say £170.50, when we produce the invoice SAP is randomly changing the amounts by a few pence, so it becomes £170.51 or £170.52. It getting rounding up. We are into service industry and we use hours instead of quantity. This rounding up happens if I use some decimal hours.

Please find the details in attached file.

Before I post into this log I searched but could not find the solution.

Can you please help here.

There could be a lot of reasons. Please, check them in the SAP Note 80183 - Rounding.

I defined new routine 901 in Condition Value. I assigned against gross value at calculation type. But net total is not changing.

What do you mean by this?  Normally, all routines would be assigned against a condition type in a pricing procedure.  So let me know whether the routine is assigned against a item condition type or a header condition type

Check in V/06 if the condition has the flag 'Formula'. If not, check if any value is determined from conditions in VK12. If it's empty, it doesn't change the value.

Hi Lakshmipathi,

I assinged to against item conditon type.we came up with a new routine to control the Gross value & Net value and hence others. We assigned the new routine at different levels but could control only the Condition value. This is because the Gross value is calculated based on this condition value calculated based on the quantity & manual condition type value entered and moved to two decimal places variable like Gross value & net value. Which in turn get rounded up based on simple math.
