Payload in CC Monitoring.

Hi,

I have a file to file scenario, the message failed in the communication channel monitoring reason "More elements in file csv structure than field names specified", I am unable to check the payload,as the error is not registered in message monitoring and before asking the client I want to confirm by checking the payload.Is there anyway to check the payload in communication channel monitoring.

Hi Vijay,

I believe you would have to ask the client for the payload because if the error happens early on in the adapter level processing then no message data is persisted.

Hello Vijay,

As Ryan said it is failing at Adapter level.

Check with client or if you have any software to access File server like filezilla,winscp you can connect to file directory and get the file.

Sure Vijay,

However, as Raghuraman suggested, downloading the file if you have an FTP client software is the easiest approach.
